Why the packs are not all one size
Frozen once, portioned properly
A two-kilo block of prawns looks like value until you have to chisel it apart for a weeknight dinner. We portion in St Albans before freezing, so a pack matches a meal and the rest of the box stays frozen.

How many people does a pack serve?
Most packs are sized for three to four people as a main. The weight on each product page is the frozen weight.
When will it arrive?
1–3 business days to pack, then up to 15 business days in transit. Tracking is emailed at dispatch.
Can I collect?
No - all orders ship from St Albans by refrigerated or express courier.
Damaged on arrival?
Photograph the pack within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund it.

Nothing here needs a special occasion. The packs thaw in a bowl of cold water in twenty minutes, which is roughly how long it takes to get the rice on.
